Carlee Beaty - Assistant Director
Carlee is an essential part of the Fair Park team, helping keep the center running smoothly each and every day. Whether she’s managing daily operations or stepping into the kitchen to cook and serve meals, Carlee always goes above and beyond for our members.
She also leads our Tennessee Senior Olympics program, bringing in seniors from all over to participate in fun and spirited Olympic-style events each year. We’re so grateful for everything Carlee does to keep Fair Park thriving!

Haley Cooper-Williams - Office Manager
Haley is the heartbeat behind the scenes here at Fair Park. From keeping memberships up to date and organizing important paperwork, to managing the front reception area with a warm smile, Haley helps keep everything running like clockwork.
She’s often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors—welcoming new and returning members and encouraging everyone to get involved in the fun activities we offer!
In addition to her office duties, Haley also helps in the kitchen preparing and serving meals!
You’ll likely see Haley around during your visit, so be sure to say hello!
Executive Director - Alicia Arehart-Ricketts
Alicia is truly the heart of our center and the perfect person for this role! To know her is to love her—her passion, dedication, and energy shine through in everything she does. Whether she’s working in the kitchen, applying for grants, teaching classes, or lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed, Alicia is always fully involved.
She plays a vital role in keeping Fair Park running smoothly and efficiently, and she does it all with a smile and a heart for service. As the face of Fair Park, Alicia is deeply committed to creating the best possible experience for our seniors here in Cumberland County. She is a tireless advocate for connecting our members with valuable resources and ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed and supported.
